Factoring system — Registration and Maintenance of Factoring Contracts with Suppliers

Project owner: “Ukrainian Financial Group” Commercial Bank

Factoring system is designed to automate the work of bank employees at the stages of concluding and supporting of factoring contracts with suppliers. The system is installed on the WEB server of the bank and is operated through the WEB interface, thus providing simultaneous access of a large number of bank employees to all system functions. At the same time it does not matter where the employees are located geographically; all they need is an access to the local network of the bank.

Some of the system functions include:

• automatic control of business processes of task, application and document administration;
• there is a registry for each user of the system containing tasks to perform;
• each user can create and add his tasks to the registry, as well as controling tasks assigned to his subordinates;
• the system keeps a complete archive of transactions and provides access to the information about any transaction with the partner;
• support of reporting on the results of activities of a single provider or the entire financial organization.
