Selling Realty Expert Support System (SRESS) is a software package designed to automate registration of realty sales transactions, payment planning, monitoring of plan implementation, as well as receiving reports.

SRESS is developed for the employees of the department of finance for investment projects whose duties include operations with clients, issuers and realty management, planning, calculation of realty cost, registration of realty sales transactions, monitoring, payments and reporting.

The functionality of SRESS lies in:
